Australia Post Shipping

Australia only, no international.

• All shipping costs are calculated at check out and based on weight/ dimensions. 

• All orders have Tracking Numbers.

• Extra cover is included for items valued over $100.00.

• All deliveries come with a signature on delivery/pick up.

Local Delivery Shipping​

• Local delivery is available for only specific locations on and near to the Central Coast, NSW Australia.

• Local delivery is hand delivered by me (the business owner) within 1-3 days of your order being placed.

• After your order is placed with local delivery, I will contact you via email to confirm a day and time when you are available to receive your order. You or another family member must be home to receive the delivery.

Interstate Biosecurity

Due to strict biosecurity laws, unfortunately some items, specifically those containing raw plant materials, will not be available to specific States and Territories.

Packing

Please be assured that I will package your new piece with the highest quality care possible and I use recycled packing material where possible to do my best in reducing waste.

Though I take the greatest possible precautions packing your items, once your order is in transit there is a risk that it may become damaged due to the nature of transit and fragility of the art. While I secure all aspects of the art as best as possible and test shake them before packing, damage caused in transit is outside of my control. If this happens please contact me with photos of the damage to your product and the box it came in.

Please ensure that you enter your address correctly. I will not be taking responsibility for lost items if you enter your address incorrectly.

Returns and Refunds

Please contact me if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and I am more than happy to work with you to fix any issues you may have.

Shipping unsatisfactory goods back to me will be the customer’s responsibility and reimbursement will be provided after I have received the goods.

Commissions / Custom Work

Commissioned artworks are subject to the above terms and conditions, below are terms and conditions specific to commissioned art. 

• After a commission form has been submitted, I will confirm the work and quote via email.

• An invoice of 50% of the total cost of work will be sent via email, and payment is required before work is commenced. 

• Deposits are non-refundable for change of mind. 

• Invoices will be sent to the nominated contact email provided in the commission submission form, unless otherwise specified.

• I will ensure to remain communicative with you throughout the process, including but not limited to any delays that may occur. 

• I must be informed if any commissioned artworks are required by a specific date i.e Birthdays or Christmas and an  adequate and reasonable timeframe must be provided, including shipping times. I will work with you to determine if the custom work can be completed and shipped in the provided timeframe. 

• Once commissioned artworks are finished I will provide final images for confirmation and once confirmed the final invoice will be sent through for payment. 

• Only once payment is received in full will the work be shipped and tracking number provided.

• I reserve the right to decline any commissioned work that does not align with me, my business, goals or morals.
