Repairs
I will always do my best to ensure the longevity of my artworks, but I know that accidents happen and I am more than happy help you get your beloved artwork fixed.

Repair it yourself with guidance or if damage is significant send it my way!
If you are comfortable with it I am more than happy to walk you through repairing the artwork yourself. After you contact me I may ask some questions and request photos to evaluate the level of damage. I will then provide step by step instructions on how to complete the DIY repair.
If damage is deemed significant I may express that the repair would be best off in my hands however you may decline this if you wish and I can still explain how you may fix it at home.

When contacting me please specify if you would like to try yourself or if you would prefer to send it to me for repairs. Please know that diy is free of charge but sending works to me for repair will incur a cost.
Conditions for Artasian repair
Works
Items must be authentic Obsidian Whispers artwork/ items.
Items
The replacement of elements i.e dome glass, insects, crystals will be charged at cost price + an administration fee.
Postage
You are responsible for paying the postage costs for return and delivery.
Stock avaliability
Repairs may be delayed or unable to be done depending on stock availability. I will let you know if this is the case.
If it can't be fixed
While I will do my best to repair and reuse the broken items, damage may be too extensive and in this case I will offer to remake the item for you if you would like. This will likely be determined when I evaluate the damage in the initial communications.

A complete remake will be billed in the same way as a commission and I will recreate the work from scratch using 100% brand new items.
